Keeping My Clients & Family Safe During COVID-19

The health and safety of my clients, team and family are of the utmost importance to me. For that reason, I have implemented a variety of protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
PARTY SIZE LIMITS
Due to the rising number of cases in Arizona, I am only accepting parties of eight guests or less. This policy will remain in effect through the end of 2020, but I will continue to evaluate it as new information becomes available. If you already have a dinner booked that is above this party size limit, I will still honor your reservation. I will just not take on new reservations over eight total guests that occur before January 1, 2021.
Each member of my team (myself included) will perform a self-health screening the morning of each dinner, including a temperature check. If I have a fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, I will either find a suitable chef replacement or cancel the upcoming dinner and provide a full refund of the deposit.
Likewise, I ask that all of my clients perform self-health screenings prior to dinner to ensure no one in the party is displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. If anyone in the party has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, I require that they do not attend the dinner unless they have already tested negative.
I reserve the right to do a contactless temperature check of all guests at dinner upon arrival.
My team and I will arrive to dinner wearing a mask.
